Data submitted through forms
Name, surname, corporate email, phone number and company name are processed only for the purpose of managing demo requests, partner requests and inbound contact.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used only to answer requests and manage the related operational relationship, within the scope of request processing and legitimate interest.
Third-party processors
Microsoft Azure, Cosmos DB and Azure Communication Services are used to host and process the information necessary for service operation.
Analytics and campaign data
We collect only aggregate statistics (page views and successful form conversions) and allowed UTM parameters (`utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign`, `utm_content`, `utm_term`) for campaign measurement.
Retention
Raw analytics events are kept for up to 24 hours only. Aggregated analytics are kept for 24 months. Contact records are kept for up to 24 months.
Data minimization
We do not store complete IPs, no visitor IDs, no session IDs and no full referrer URLs. No profiling and no marketing cookies are used.
